We’ve had a very exciting weekend with Aidan, Catherine and our breads featuring on James Martin’s Saturday Morning!
(If you didn’t catch us you can catch up here). It also means we can see lots of new faces on our mailing list – so if you’re new to the Lovingly Artisan tribe of sourdough lovers, let this be a warm, artisan welcome!
We’re not ashamed to admit, we’re fiercely passionate about our loaves being made with organic grains.
Blended with taste and nutritional well-being in mind; as you munch away, be assured you’re taking bites of slowly fermented sourdoughs, handcrafted and baked in a wood-fired oven, containing essential fibre, vitamins and minerals. All created with real depth of flavour whilst also loving our planet and mother earth.
We deliver nationwide, from our bakery doors to your doorsteps, whether at home or away on staycation… our bread can arrive as you do for your hols!
– We lovingly wrap the loaves in a bespoke waxed bag. This enhances the keeping qualities of the loaves.
– All of our loaves freeze brilliantly.
We feel all family mealtimes are to be celebrated, especially at this time of the year, with the BBQ lit, a cheeky beer in hand (whilst perhaps sat in a deck chair!) With loaves that can travel with you through from breakfast toasting, to alfresco munching and even midnight snacking.
If you are new to sourdough
Dive into the classic wholegrains, Einkorn is the oldest grain known to man, dating back as far as ten thousand years. There is nothing humble about this loaf; Einkorn has all the flavours of wholegrain, it’s easier to digest, and contains more protein and antioxidants than modern kinds of wheat.
If you’re all about the keeping it simple, you can never go wrong with a Pain de Campagne.
An absolute family favourite from tiny hands discovering pieces of bread for the very first time, to suave alfresco dining with friends. It’s an everyday loaf that is primarily made with organic stoneground white grain, with a dash of rye; giving this loaf the feeling of a white, with the hidden nutritional benefits of some beautiful organic rye.
