During this session, Aidan will share why being a true and wholesome artisan matters. It not only matters to the taste of the bread you eat, but more importantly, the impact those bites of bread have on your well-being, gut-health and immunity.
Sourdough is far from a fad; it’s a considered lifestyle choice, a choice hundreds of consumers are making. Have you ever wondered why?
Manufactured loaves can make you feel sick, bloated, and tired; Aidan will demystify the differences between sourdough and factory-baked bread. Exploring with you the importance of ingredients, organic flour and blending seeds and grains with nutritional values in mind.
Fee – £20.00 per person and this all goes to a wonderful cause, Growing Well.
You will be making a difference this winter; your workshop fee will be donated to Growing Well.
Feeling good and brighter, not only for knowledge gained, but feeling wholesome this Christmas as the workshop fees will be denoted to Growing Well, our chosen charity of the year, to help those seeking inner peace, well-being, and a fresh start. Help us, help others – there’s lots of folks who need a safe place to learn from.
