Celebrating a great achievement

So, one might say we have enough awards; some say, ‘Why do you need another?‘ Lovingly Artisan!

That’s a little like telling a runner to run slowly. The awards we gather are our measure of all the things we want to do better, a measure of what we need to do and achieve, not just for us, for our team leaders, our incredible gang. Pushing and stretching themselves daily, out of their comfort zones, all motivated to develop in their craft. 

Winning and competing are about being in the race; you don’t have to win all the time. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice feeling, but it’s about being in the race that matters and this is the season to be award jolly. This is an incredible salute to our team, to you, and the choices we are making. 

We are growing grain with the Taylors and Andrew Wilkinson,milling the Lovingly Artisan flour, and blending the most nutritious and flavoursome loaves. To use a phrase, ‘we are on a journey,’ and we are grateful that you’re coming on our journey.

So what’s next?

We have the industry awards. The big ones! We’ve got our toes and fingers crossed. This is us so far in the line-up:

We can pray, we can dream, all is now in the lap of the gods ‘the judges’ and we just wait.
