Ingredients

Cheese & Marmite: WHEAT flour, Water, Lancashire Cheese [Milk], Marmite [Wheat, Rye, Barley, Oats, Celery], Rye Flour, Semolina [Wheat], Salt

Aprox weight: 520g

Storage & Freezing

Keep well-wrapped in the wax-lined bag provided (but please don’t keep it in the fridge). Eat within 4 days of purchase. For best results when freezing, pack each item separately in a size-appropriate freezer bag: our specially made wax-lined paper bags are perfect. We recommend freezing sourdough loaves on their sides to maintain their shape and save freezer space. Defrost naturally at room temperature in the wax-lined bag. Pastries and focaccias love a quick flash in a hot oven to restore their just-baked softness.

    Delicious with home made butternut squash soup. Took me a few years to try this, not being keen on marmite, but it’s lovely with the cheese and not at all overpowering.
