A Cumbrian Love Story with radio 4
We have some wonderful news and it’s a real Cumbrian love story.
This is about a farmer who loves his land, and his farming daily job, and wants to achieve more for his family and a baker who shares the same dream. It’s all about ambition, belief, and passion to grow, harvest and mill.
All to be achieved in Cumbria, Penrith and Burneside.
Our values, thoughts and families have so much to share and unite together. We’re about to create something rather magical for two Cumbrian regions, however, we don’t want to do it alone. We’d like to encourage, inspire and nudge you to join us on uncharted waters. We’re rolling up our sleeves and are prepared to sweat through nerves of hard work, as Kaleb would say from Clarkson Farm ‘Dreams don’t work unless you do!’ – wise words from a young man.
Dream, dream big for all of us, this is a real togetherness moment. Pause and consider all, this is a bold moment for all of us with unstoppable northern souls.
We dreamt of meadows full of buzzing bees, alongside fields bursting with ancient grains, grains that feed you nutritiously, provenance, and food security a Cumbrian way, which is massively important to us all.
