On Saturday, 1st November, we will be joining the Bounceback Food Community Kitchen to host a Sourdough Masterclass in support of their fundraising efforts.

If you can’t squeeze in this event or it isn’t quite what you fancy, but you’re all about the giving, then you can donate on the day. A few pennies will do, a quid or two could make all the difference. They need to raise £5,000 for a community kitchen in Manchester, and we’re doing our utmost to help and support these guys.

Manufactured loaves can make you feel icky, bloated, and tired; here, they will demystify the differences between sourdough and factory-baked bread. We’ll help you explore the importance of ingredients, wholesome flours and blending seeds and grains with nutritional values in mind.
