Our lovely new Burneside Bakery
As many of you are already aware we have set up Florence (our bread truck) at our lovely new bakery location in Burneside and we’re calling this glamping. We’ve already welcomed lots of lovely new customers, and we’re truly grateful for your support, thank you. We’ll be continuing to work on our new bakery store getting this ready for opening in early 2025.
We wanted to inform YOU (our lovely customers), that we have decided to slightly tweak our glamping opening times at Burneside Bakery during the winter months to protect our lovely gals from the elements and also due to Florence needing to attend various events. The new winter opening times will be as follows:
Opening Times – Burneside Bakery – Florence
Monday – Wednesday 8 am until 3 pm
Thursday – closed until the new bakery shop opens
Friday – Saturday 8 am until 3 pm *
* Please note that on the second and last Friday of the month, we won’t be at Burneside as we have the Kendal Farmers Market. This is only until we open our lovely new bakery in Burneside. On these days, why not pop along to either Kendal Farmers Market or our lovely bakery at Plumgarths?
Please note – this Saturday 16 November – we won’t be open at Burneside Bakery as we’re hijacking Florence and heading to Rheged for their Christmas Farmers Market Event – Forty Farmers. Sorry for this inconvenience, however, our store at Plumgarths will be open as usual. If you fancy a lovely family day out, then why not swing by Rheged to pick up some delicious yummies from the market and maybe a few Christmas gifts from their lovely store? It’s worth a trip.
