Sourdough and Soup

It’s time to get all warm and cuddly with a bowl of delicious soup and a chuck of your favourite sourdough. Yep, it may be frosty outside, but it’s time to get cosy inside.

Florence (our truck) will be tooting her way along the windy lanes to Kirkby Lonsdale (tomorrow) for the Thursday market and then will be in the market square in Kendal this Friday for the first Farmer’s Market of the year. Yeah, we hear you say!

The coffee will be steaming, and Florence’s counters will be brimming with delicious pastries, focaccia, and sourdough. What’s not to like?

It’s time to grab your lovely baskets, wrap up like a polar bear (don’t forget the pooches), and head out to either of these lovely markets to stock up in time for the weekend. There are lots of yummies to be had, including fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious cakes, organic wine, tasty cheese, and locally farmed meats. Nourish your way into the weekend with baskets full of goodness, supporting our British Farmers along the way.

And a little reminder…

Don’t forget Florence will be back at Burneside (this Saturday) for you to collect your pastries and goodies in time for the weekend.
