The fairy lights are twinkling, Christmas melodies are filling the air, and, best of all, our counters are overflowing with delicious sourdough breads, indulgent pastries, and the most irresistible focaccia.

Ciabatta – As light as clouds, excellent for the best butties, epic as garlic bread.
Einkorn – A show-stopping centrepiece that’s wonderfully nourishing (and kind to your tummy). Perfect with soups or for dipping into your favourite oils.
Barber – Quarter, half, or a whole – what will it be? Wholesome, flavourful, and ideal for a festive feast—or a cosy quarter to share with over cheese
Ryeberry – Christmas isn’t complete without our gorgeous Ryeberry. Slice off a generous wedge and top with creamy Stilton, pure bliss for cheese lovers of all kinds.
Spiced Apple Sourdough – Impossible to resist… but it’s Christmas, so go on, pop it in your basket. Enjoy as is, or sandwich in some crispy bacon to kick-start the festivities.
Cheese & Marmite – You’ll love it (promise!). Made with Mrs Kirkham’s Lancashire cheese, it is a favourite in our house.
