Our truck needs a name

Our Lovingly Artisan truck finds itself nameless!

So many have asked. “What’s your bread truck called?” Shame on us; in the madness and excitement to hit the tiny lanes and winding roads in readiness to fill your bags full of scrumptious sourdough, we forgot the importance of the naming our beloved truck.

Can you help us? We are scratching our heads. Is it a boy, or is it a girl? We’re not too sure and would love to involve our lovely customers – yes, that’s you. Time to pop on your thinking hat and come up with a corker!

What we can share is the bread truck’s loves and likes. We adore our truck and would love to reveal the chosen name on the 14th of February.  A special day filled with lots of love and gratitude shared towards our loved ones.

Our little truck (like all things on 4 wheels) has lots of quirks and here a just a few to help you chose the perfect name!

Full of character and brimming with personality, our truck loves a little sightseeing and likes to travel as much as possible. Partial to sunshine and music. Fights its way through a good storm. Best described as fun-loving, playful, and very hard-working. Loves bunting and twinkly lights. Its best friend is a small border terrier dog called Wesley. Favourite food is sourdough, of course and cheese, and enjoys a lovely cup of coffee on those wintery cold days!

We need your help; we can no longer travel to our weekly market days at Kirkby Lonsdale without a truck name. Ask the kiddies what they think. Is our truck a boy or girl.  Share your thoughts with us, pop your thoughts into the hat this Friday 26 January at Kendal Farmers Market. Jot them down on our social media platforms. Let’s name our truck once and for all.  I think he/she deserves it!
