Robert & Victor like you to know exactly what you’re eating. They are proud of the food they create and the producers they work alongside. Everything is produced as locally as possible, using tonnes of great ingredients from farms in Cheshire and Lancashire and in our case we are their artisan baker.

Our traditionally made Ciabatta has 90% hydration, which gives these amazing handmade rolls their light open structure. The soft texture and consistency compliment Robert & Victor’s New Yorker, Chicken Caesar Ciabatta through to the classic BLT. It’s the perfect pairing, they create and we bake!
