Brand Angels
Multi-award-winning bakery Lovingly Artisan, with sites in Altrincham, Manchester and Kendal, Westmorland has introduced a new concept to help develop their customer experience.
They’ve introduced the concept of Brand Angels to their business structure. Two members of the team have been assigned to improve brand performance, grow visibility to sustain business growth and above all else nurture customer connections to help deliver the very best customer experience possible.
Emily Tagg will look after the Kendal store and Annie Newsham will look after the Altrincham bread store, where they will begin to develop the whole customer experience as they translate co-owners Catherine Connor and Aidan Monks overall vision into the businesses day-to-day activity.
Every company has multiple ways of engaging with their customers, through social media, newsletters, video chats and the like. But the reality is that true brand loyalty comes as direct result of the trust a business builds with its customers, but what many fail to realise is that trust has to be earned.
The simple fact of the matter is that to build trust with customers, brands have to be able to demonstrate real values as well as fostering interpersonal relationships, after all the first stage of any relationship is the most important and that’s getting to know each other and that’s no different for any business that wants to interact with their customers.
And this is why Lovingly Artisan have introduced Brand Angels to enable them to focus even more on nurturing and building long-term trusted relationships with their customers, using the full range of tools at their disposal to creatively engage with their customers.
Annie and Emily will aim to help customers understand what makes Lovingly Artisan tick. Sharing with them the story of Lovingly Artisan’s daily bread; crafted from organic grains, sourced from the best suppliers. Gently and unobtrusively educating by sharing the story of genuine, honest, flavourful and nutritious breads. Breads baked by bakers with integrity, who are professional to the core and totally committed to putting real bread at the centre of everyone’s table.
Catherine Connor, co-owner of Lovingly Artisan Bakery said: ‘’Introducing Brand Angels to the business shows we are totally committed to developing and nurturing our customer relationships both now and into the future. Annie and Emily are key in helping us share what we do and why we do it. We care deeply about our customer’s food experiences and simply want to share a little of our story with them, After all it’s one of authenticity and genuine passion for creating the best possible bread and that underpins what we are all about.’’
Wish them all the best
