Our motive is security, survival, and sustainability with the knowledge of knowing everything about our gorgeous grain and where it’s come from.

Why are awards important to us?

It’s a team celebration, a time to say, hey you guys are amazing, your graft is paying off and you are truly valued and treasured. It’s also a salute to YOU (our lovely customers) for your continued support and keeping us motivated as we bounce out of bed daily to bake yummy loaves for you all to enjoy.
