Fear not… though this is a newsletter subscription, it’s with us, your artisan bakers, and the one thing we won’t do is bombard you!

We are far too artisan for that palaver. Baking dough is our gig. What we like to do though is hook up with you, just once a month and share a little bread knowledge.

We’re on a health kick and we want to take you on a journey with our sourdough. Sourdough that’s created with your wellbeing in mind, an essential part in helping you achieve a healthy gut and healthy body. Don’t panic, this isn’t a fad diet, it’s simply about sharing great ideas, healthy meals ideas and some simple recipe swopping to help keep you shipshape.

We’ve got a whole bunch of new ancient grains to be explored with our resident baking supremo Aidan Monks. There’s a monthly cooking, baking or roasting guest spot with a new chef each month.

This is all about a journey of discovery and the exchanging of ideas. Alongside that we will be sharing all things foodie, where to eat, what to eat and all the best places to hang-out.

We’re busy plotting and making some big plans for the Lovingly Artisan Baking Club this Autumn, including a whole heap of tutorials, Q&A sessions and much, much, more.

We’ve got some big new too… DRUM ROLL, our Discover Sourdough Workshops are back and the first one is now available to book and will take place on Sunday 25th October 2020. We’ve splashed a little cash and invested in some brand spanking new tech which will help us share bread and baking knowledge far and wide.

WHY… because in these uncertain times we’ve decided to take the bold step to teach all of our course #live online, sharing our bread knowledge with you from the comfort of our home and beaming live and direct into yours.

All those attending the session will receive a bakery box, containing our bakery tool kit, recipes, ingredients, our 30-year starter and a few other surprises too.

Each learning chapter will be recorded too , which means we can send you the links and you can watch again and again with the family at home, revisiting each lessons if you get stuck to help with your bread learning with Aidan Monks, voted Best Baker in the Olive Chef Awards.

So why not join us on the 25th October 2020 and get your bake on?
