On the road again in Cumbria – Farmers Market

Well, folks, Kendal Folk & Food Festival earlier this month was amazing! We sang (even if slightly out of tune) and clapped along to the beat whilst pouring cappuccinos and serving our sourdoughs. Totally in our element!

Hooray to good news – our Bread Truck will be steering its way to Kendal Marketplace this Friday, 30th June, for the inspirational Kendal Farmers Market. Over 30 stalls of the finest food producers, from cheesemongers to butchers, beekeepers and wildflowers there’s so much more to explore. A personal favourite of ours is the gourmet mushroom guy, with the best oyster mushrooms!

If you are part of the early risers club and are jogging by, our coffee machine will be ready for coffee action at 7.30 am. Croissants will be fresh from the wood-fired oven at Plumgarths, and straight into our bread truck, just for you.

Tell your mates, then your mates, mates; we are trying to build something rather Cumbrian and special for all those that love local.
