Ingredients: Rustic White Wheat Flour (Gluten), Water, White Sourdough Starter Mix (Wheat/Gluten), Honey, Butter (Milk), Sultanas, Raisins, Chopped Dates, Cranberries, Dried Figs, Yeast, Salt, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon.

Our sourdough freezes brilliantly.
Pack each individual sourdough loaf separately in a size appropriate freezer bag. Store your sourdough loaf on its side in your freezer. This will create more freezer space and protect the shape and form of the bread.

To defrost:
Remove your sourdough loaf from its freezer bag, and allow to defrost naturally at room temperature.
