Cheese & Chilli: WHEAT flour, Water, MILK Lancashire Cheese, RYE Flour, Red Chillies WHEAT Semolina, Salt

Storage & Freezing

Keep well-wrapped in the wax-lined bag provided (but please don’t keep it in the fridge). Eat within 4 days of purchase. For best results when freezing, pack each item separately in a size-appropriate freezer bag: our specially made wax-lined paper bags are perfect. We recommend freezing sourdough loaves on their sides to maintain their shape and save freezer space. Defrost naturally at room temperature in the wax-lined bag. Pastries and focaccias love a quick flash in a hot oven to restore their just-baked softness.

    Delicious! Our loaves arrived beautifully packaged and boxed, but if an alternative to the inner polythene bag could be found to preserve the freshness of the sourdough, this would be amazing.

    If you haven’t tried the Chilli Cheese bread then you absolutely must. It’s delicious. We love it toasted/untoasted with bacon. One of our favourites!
