Canestri, meaning little baskets, are wonderfully well named. Their curved, ruffled shape creates plenty of space for sauces, vegetables and all sorts of delicious additions to nestle inside. Made from our slowly fermented sourdough, they offer rich grain flavour and have been a particular favourite amongst those with more sensitive tummies.
