Made with grain grown local to us in the Eden Valley, and milled in-house at the Lovingly Artisan Mill, this is a very special loaf. This wholegrain loaf is packed with vitamin B1, zinc, and magnesium. This loaf is higher in minerals, helps boosts your immunity, and is gentle on your digestion if you are gluten sensitive.

Storage & Freezing

Keep well-wrapped in the wax-lined bag provided (but please don’t keep it in the fridge). Eat within 4 days of purchase. For best results when freezing, pack each item separately in a size-appropriate freezer bag: our specially made wax-lined paper bags are perfect. We recommend freezing sourdough loaves on their sides to maintain their shape and save freezer space. Defrost naturally at room temperature in the wax-lined bag. Pastries and focaccias love a quick flash in a hot oven to restore their just-baked softness.
