A perfectly formed loaf of pure goodness. We use an extraordinary organic wholegrain rye flour – the superfood of flours – together with linseeds and sunflower seeds, to create rich, satisfying loaf bursting with anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory power. Toasted and spread with butter or mashed avocado, it’s the ideal landing zone for gently poached free-range eggs.

Storage & Freezing

Keep well-wrapped in the wax-lined bag provided (but please don’t keep it in the fridge). Eat within 4 days of purchase. For best results when freezing, pack each item separately in a size-appropriate freezer bag: our specially made wax-lined paper bags are perfect. We recommend freezing sourdough loaves on their sides to maintain their shape and save freezer space. Defrost naturally at room temperature in the wax-lined bag. Pastries and focaccias love a quick flash in a hot oven to restore their just-baked softness.

    My personal favourite, I would lovingly describe it as a bread brick! Crunchy encrusted with seeds that yield to a densly packed loaf of seedy yumminess. Fantastic on its own but really comes into its own used as a base for open sandwiches. No limit to the toppings and firm enough to support. Just a delightful munch.

    This is my absolute favourite although I love all the loaves. Just munching down on its seedy deliciousness makes me happy and I’m sure I can virually feel the goodness it’s doing for me. YUM 😋
