Light-crumbed sourdough loaf with a lovely nutty flavour from the toasted linseeds. Made using wholegrain spelt flour, stone-milled from an ancient grain rich in protein, minerals and other nutrients.Perfect for everything! It’s wonderful with cheese and the ideal partner to jam and all things eggy.

Storage & Freezing

Keep well-wrapped in the wax-lined bag provided (but please don’t keep it in the fridge). Eat within 4 days of purchase. For best results when freezing, pack each item separately in a size-appropriate freezer bag: our specially made wax-lined paper bags are perfect. We recommend freezing sourdough loaves on their sides to maintain their shape and save freezer space. Defrost naturally at room temperature in the wax-lined bag. Pastries and focaccias love a quick flash in a hot oven to restore their just-baked softness.

    My breakfast bread. Toasted, with an avocado on top, excellent. I had to buy a brand loaf from the supermarket, and in eating that, you are reminded of the quality and delicious taste of Lovingly Artisan bread.

    It’s very difficult to choose which my favourite bread is, but I think that spelt and toasted linseed wins. Love it with avocado, chilli and tomato
